A: If you encounter any issues, first reach out to the asset owner to try to resolve them directly. That being said never hesitate to contact us directly and we will always try and solve any issues as quick as we can. We strive and always will, to ensure a positive sharing experience for all users.

 

Q: How can I trust the people I’m renting from or sharing with?

A: THRYVE incorporates community ratings and reviews to ensure transparency. We recommend reading through feedback from other users to gauge their experiences. Additionally, our platform provides messaging features that allow you to communicate with the asset provider before finalizing any agreements. We at Thryve will constantly be on the look out for an unscrupulous behaviour and react accordingly.

 

Q: What happens if an item gets damaged during the rental?

A: It’s essential to discuss terms regarding damages upfront with the asset owner before the rental. Each user is encouraged to have clear agreements and if needed, insurance terms in place. THRYVE can provide guidelines on creating effective agreements, along with our own guidelines of service. As with everything in life check everything before use and note anything that you feel should  be noted.
