Coaction GC Ltd (trading as WeThryve.ie) connects registered businesses in Ireland to offer assets for rent or lease. We do not own, lease, or guarantee any assets listed on the platform. You enter into agreements directly with other businesses.
In simple terms: We run the marketplace platform only; the assets you see belong to other businesses, not us. You make deals with them, not with us.

2. Membership and Registration
• Only registered businesses can become members by subscribing to our service.
• Membership grants access to list assets and contact other businesses.
• Membership fees are subscription based, VAT-inclusive, paid via Stripe.
• You must provide accurate business information and keep it up to date.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations or fraudulent behavior.
In simple terms: Only businesses can join. You pay a monthly or yearly fee that includes VAT and pay securely through Stripe. Keep your info correct and follow our rules.

3. Listing Assets and Reviews
• As a member, you can list assets you wish to rent or lease.
• You promise your listings are accurate and compliant with laws.
• Other users may review assets and their posters; reviews must be honest and lawful.
• We reserve the right to remove listings or reviews that violate our policies or are misleading.
In simple terms: You are responsible for what you list. Others can rate your assets, but false reviews won’t be tolerated.

4. Payment Processing
• Payments for subscriptions and any extra services are processed by Stripe Technology Europe Ltd.
• We do not store your payment details; Stripe handles all payments securely.
• All prices shown include VAT as required by Irish law.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to our separate refund policy.

5. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
• Use WeThryve.ie only to find or list assets for legitimate business leasing/renting purposes.
• Do not post illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Protect your login credentials and notify us immediately of any account breaches.
• Respect intellectual property rights of others.

6. Liability and Disclaimers
• We provide the platform “as is” without warranties on availability or accuracy of listings.
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from transactions between users.
• Insurance should be arranged separately by the parties involved if needed.

7. Data Protection and Privacy
• We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR.
• Your data will be used to provide and improve our service, and for billing.
• We do not now and will never sell your data to third parties.

8. Termination
• You may cancel your subscription anytime following our cancellation process.
